After years of struggling with body due to eating disorders and food sensitivities, I found that connecting to my environment and the farms surrounding me provided the best medicine. Not only was I purchasing something nourishing for my body, but it was something grown with a friend’s hands near the place I lived. That connection slowly rebuilt my connection to my body, and I love sharing that with others.
