A natural foods chef. A yoga instructor. A farmer's market enthusiast. A former dancer. All of these could describe who I am on paper, but not why.
After a decade of struggling with eating disorders, anxiety and depression, I came away with a strong appreciation with what the body could survive and the food I was putting into it. Strengthening my relationships with the farmers from the city I was living, the pleasure of eating, the change of the seasons and living in the moment became my lifeline to health.
